Color My World

Good morning, blogging world! Gosh it is early for a Saturday. *yawn* Blah. Well, my little ray of sunshine woke up about 20 minutes ago. Changed his diaper, and now he is sitting in his favorite place. His Boppy Bouncer. (gosh I love that thing!) He likes to watch cartoons. I know...at 4 months you probably think I'm crazy. 4 years ago I would think the same thing. But now that my first son is almost 4 and E.J. is turning 4 months soon...watcing T.V. isn't the worst thing anymore. lol. I think he likes the colors. He just lights up and smiles and laughs with it. It makes me smile alot. Alot alot. Ha ha.

So a couple of days ago, for the first time in my life, I didn't throw my son's old, broken crayons in the trash. I just broke them all down into really small pieces - popped them in my Pampered Chef 'mini' muffin pan and placed them in a 200* oven for 10 minutes. Presto! New crayons! My soon to be 4 year old loves them! And so does mommy, to be quite honest! Ha! I have never done that and my mom never did it for me. Quite cool, I must say. *smiles*
